Kohlberg isn’t wasting time putting its new platform to work. Just two weeks after acquiring RESA Power from Investcorp, the firm has backed RESA’s latest add-on: MP Predictive Technologies, an Orlando-based provider of electrical diagnostics and asset management services.

RESA is a consolidator in the power systems space, offering electrical testing, transformer services, and life extension solutions for critical power distribution equipment. The business serves utilities, industrial operators, and data centers—end markets where reliability and uptime are non-negotiable.

MP Predictive, founded in 2018, brings specialized testing capabilities and predictive maintenance services that help customers spot failures before they happen. It also gives RESA a stronger foothold in the Florida market.
