Insight Partners has agreed to sell CentralReach, a leading provider of software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, to Roper Technologies.

The acquisition will allow CentralReach to continue its mission of improving care for individuals with autism and IDDs, leveraging Roper’s financial strength.

CentralReach’s platform serves over 200,000 users globally, streamlining therapy administration and client management. With Roper’s support, the company plans to accelerate innovation and expand its impact.

The deal, valued at $1.65 billion, is expected to close in April/May 2025 and strengthens Roper’s portfolio of software solutions.
